Submit your full paper to xueshu@eept.org.cn with "Paper Submission + TEL". We will reply to you in 5-7 working days. All manuscripts should be written in English and must not be less than 6 pages in length. If your paper exceeds 6 pages in length, you need to pay for the additional pages. Manuscripts should pay attention to originality, report unpublished research results or experimental results.
Before submitting, plagiarism checks should be conducted through CrossCheck, Turnitin, or other query systems, with no more than 20% repeat rate. Submissions must be self-contained.
Please submit the manuscript in WORD and PDF format, and typeset the manuscript in strict accordance with the guidelines and templates.

As an Author, your manuscript will be published, and you will present your paper at ICOCPN 2026 via an oral or poster presentation. A full-length manuscript must be submitted for review by the published deadline.
As a Presenter, you may give a presentation at ICOCPN 2026, but your work will not be published in the proceedings. An abstract submission is required.
As a Listener, you can participate and attend all the presentation sessions only, neither making a presentation nor having a paper published.
Each regular registration for paper covers a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 6 pages.
If the length of the paper exceeds 6 pages, the cost of each additional page (beginning at Page 7) is 50 USD/ 300 CNY.
Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, gifts, and attending all technical sessions.
The registration fee does not include: Accommodation; Visa application fee; Transportation fee.
Each paid registration covers only one paper and one attendee.
Other co-authors or accompanying persons can register as listeners.
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
(1) 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund;
(2) 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund;
(3) Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund;
(4)After conference: no refund.
Cancellation and refund requests must be made formally by email.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be held liable and the refund policy shall not apply as well.
